| We are delighted that Chloé Newcomb Hodgetts of Gourmet Gatherings will be joining us at the Forest Showcase Food Festival 2024. Chloé is a professional forager, she will enlighten us to the myriad of edible wild species to be found in the area….. From flowers to fungi, seeds to roots, herbs and spices, to foliage and salad, there is an incredible abundance of wild food on our doorstep! Chloé will take us on a virtual forage in our Cookery Theatre, and bring it to life with baskets of wild deliciousness for us to taste, as we discover how to find, identify, sustainably gather, and ultimately use each flavourful and nutritious ingredient in delicious food and drink recipes!…not to be missed!
