The Speech House Hotel, is a former 17th century hunting lodge set in the heart of the idyllic Royal Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire.

Harts Barn Cookery School is the Forest of Dean’s premier cookery school offering cooking experiences for all ages and budgets. The stunning, glass fronted school runs hands-on cooking classes, fun demonstrations, seasonal and community led events, corporate packages, hen parties, as well as themed cook and dine evenings.

A Cheese Shop & Delicatessen in Coleford in the Forest of Dean. We have a large cheese counter at the heart of the shop. All of our beers, ciders and ales and wines are local, we even have local gins! You can enjoy freshly home baked sweet and savoury treats, and lots of great gift and hamper ideas. Who Am I?
– Food Industry experience since 2001 in production, quality and technical (specialism fresh produce – raw and prepared), experience in seafood, coffee roasting, bakery, ice cream and condiments.
– Commercial and technical experience within food and agriculture certification.
– Several years experience working alongside farm assurance and food safety schemes and scheme owners such as Red Tractor and Leaf Marque.
– Long term existing BRCGS 3rd party auditor (Storage & Distribution, Food, Agents & Brokers) and other agriculture or chain of custody audits.
What Services are on offer?
– Technical support on QMS and internal audit services
– Agricultural scheme support – system implementation to assessment preparation for Red Tractor or similar farm based standards.
– Consulting and audit preparation support for BRC Global Standards Food, Storage and Distribution and Agents and Brokers, SALSA or BRC START
