The Speech House Hotel, is a former 17th century hunting lodge set in the heart of the idyllic Royal Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire.

Harts Barn Cookery School is the Forest of Dean’s premier cookery school offering cooking experiences for all ages and budgets. The stunning, glass fronted school runs hands-on cooking classes, fun demonstrations, seasonal and community led events, corporate packages, hen parties, as well as themed cook and dine evenings.

A Cheese Shop & Delicatessen in Coleford in the Forest of Dean. We have a large cheese counter at the heart of the shop. All of our beers, ciders and ales and wines are local, we even have local gins! You can enjoy freshly home baked sweet and savoury treats, and lots of great gift and hamper ideas.
